The first step of every engagement is a focused one-hour working session. We come prepared. You come ready to make decisions. No pre-work, no lengthy onboarding forms.

Fast access to decision-makers
We need the person who can make decisions in the room. Not a coordinator. Not a gatekeeper. The person who can say yes or no to creative and strategic direction.
Expectation 03
Timely feedback during revisions
We build fast. When we send work for review, we expect a response within 24 hours. The longer feedback takes, the more momentum we lose — and protecting momentum is the entire point.

Delivery

No open loops.
Final work, including revisions, is generally delivered within 10 business days from the kickoff call.
If a client significantly slows the process — missed deadlines, delayed approvals, prolonged decision-making — we will pause the engagement or extend fees to account for the open loop. We communicate this clearly in advance. There are no surprises.
